AS YOUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR

We sub-contract and oversee or complete the framing, mechanical and electrical rough-ins, drywall and drywall finishing, and painting. We have specifically selected our sub-contractors to ensure a professional product and personally know the owners. We have a skilled team of materials vendors and designers that will work with us to make sure your project looks just the way you want it, or even better!

AS YOUR PROJECT MANAGER

We are not only your project manager throughout the construction process but we also directly manage, or perform ourselves all trim carpentry/finish work, electrical and plumbing finish installations, and any custom work. We will maintain all communication involved with  permits and coordination with city building officials for required inspections. See our 5 Point Guarantee!
